Anthony Tolson founded Home Services Partners with a clear belief: growth should be engineered, not guessed.

With more than 15 years of experience in operations leadership, change management, and process improvement, Anthony built his career helping complex organizations diagnose inefficiencies, document workflows, and create measurable performance systems. He has led cross-functional initiatives, implemented CRM systems, developed training frameworks, and translated operational challenges into structured, actionable plans.
Throughout his career—including a leadership role at Nielsen Media Research and a transformation role at Ford Motor Company—Anthony consistently saw the same truth: when systems are clear and measurable, teams perform at a higher level.

He later recognized that many established home service businesses faced a different version of the same challenge. They were strong operators with skilled teams—but their growth systems lacked structure. Leads weren’t tracked clearly. Follow-up processes were inconsistent. Marketing wasn’t tied directly to revenue. Reporting lacked transparency.
